I will resume leading 25-man raids on Oct. 4.

Please contact me in-game if you have not received an invite and would like one. Responsibilities will be delegated for future raids. Seluune will be handling loot distribution (same procedure as before: 200 main/100 offspec...if you win a main-spec roll, you are expected to roll offspec from that point forward.) Craeton, Uzoma, Arthog and Eledith will assist on any raid they are present for, and will act as my enforcement.

As always, two priests or a warlock will be required to begin the raid, as well as sufficient sign-ups. Naxx MAY alternate with Ulduar, depending on how well the raids go. ToC-25 will be scheduled pending successful forays into Ulduar (not clearing Ulduar, but at the very least downing several bosses.)

To be VERY clear:

1. If you have multiple toons and accept on multiple toons, I will attempt to accomodate the one you prefer to play, but I will confirm based on raid composition. If you do not wish to bring an alternate toon to the raid, please do not accept on that toon. Accepting on multiple toons gives me carte blanche to confirm the one I feel is most useful to the raid.

2. Please be geared/gemmed/enchanted appropriately for the raid you are accepting. I may, at my discretion, take slightly undergeared toons provided there are enough there that can compensate, but I am under no obligation to do so (and this discretion is usually reserved for those who have been a part of our raids and worked very hard to make a success of them). If you are in doubt of whether you are geared/gemmed/enchanted appropriately, please check wow-heroes.com. Because I will be.

3. Long, sporadic and unannounced AFKs will not be tolerated, and will result in no further invitations. We will take a 5-minute break every two quarters in Naxx, and after every section in Ulduar (foyer, antechamber, etc) I realize that emergencies do arise, and that's fine. Life happens. But repeated, unannounced breaks when everyone else is waiting on you is unacceptable.

4. If you need to cancel please give as much notice as possible to either the Raid Leader or one of the assistant raid leaders. It is polite, and it will allow us to rearrange as necessary to fill the position. If there is a possibility that you will be unable to attend, please request a stand-by position and we will accomodate.

5. If you are newly 80, do NOT expect a spot on the very next raid, nor bitch about not having an immediate invite. Please do take the time to re-read Rule #2.

6. Please do NOT preface advice with "In my other raid..." You will be referred to Sebudai.

7. Please do come and expect to have a good time Smile We try very hard to maintain a relaxed raiding environment that is fun for everyone who participates...and that includes the raid leaders.
